VICO Penning Gauge
(Analog)
‘VICO’ Analog Penning Gauge is a vacuum measurement instrument designed with the cold cathode type gauge head (sensor).
The model range from 1x10-3 to 10x10-5 mbar (top-scale) and from 2x10-5 to 1x10-6 (bottom-scale). This gauge covers a pressure range of 1x10-3 to 1x10-6 mbar in two ranges with instant range changing provided by a toggle switch.

VICO Pirani Gauge

‘VICO’ Digital High Pressure Pirani Gauge is a vacuum measurement instrument designed for use with the thermal conductivity type gauge head (sensor). This instrument is having a wide range of applications in High Vacuum Systems where backing vacuum or roughing vacuum needs to be measured. The gauge provides all necessary bridge circuit and signal conditioning, analog output, ADC, digital lineariser, digital display. This model range from 999 to 0.001 m bar.

VICO Film Thickness Monitor

Film thickness is the depth of the coating applied.
Thin-film thickness monitors, deposition rate controllers, are instruments used in high and ultra-high vacuum systems. A thickness monitor measures how much material deposited on its sensor.

Vacuum Fittings/ Components
The International Standards Organization has defined the interface dimensions of ISO-KF vacuum flanges allowing the interchanging of components that conform to the ISO-KF standard. Since component dimensions are standardized, elbows, tees, crosses or valves for a given flange size can be interchanged.
ISO-KF vacuum clamps provide the sealing force to fully compress the O-ring for a vacuum seal, and mechanical force to hold the two flange faces together.

The KF Clamps are available in standard KF 10/16/25/40 and KF 50 size.

The clamp is Aluminium die cast with stainless steel centering ring and Oring. Stainless steel clamps can also be made as per customer’s request.

The material used is SS grade-304 for all flanges, weld stub, blanks, elbow/Tee and cross and reducers etc.

Stainless steel flexible Bellows can be made as per customer’s requirement with specific flange end-connections and length.

ConFlat (CF) fittings or flanges using metal seals and copper gasket (OFHC) and Needle valves and bigger length weld stubs are available as per custom requirements.
